Père Labat 59° is a white agricultural rum from Marie-Galante. It is a great classic. This rum is made from pure sugar cane juice which gives it a rich aromatic palette. The production of this product is very limited.

I was deeply impressed with its bitter and tangy aroma. It let me down in a good way.　I have already drunk many Rhum/Rum. but I have never drunk this kind of outstanding Rhum. I have to say something before you hastily go to liquor shops. This Rhum is , so to speak, "The Lafloig of rum". LOVE OR HATE. Can you catch what I mean. By its olive oil like aroma, by its strong, sweet and not mellow taste, you cannot imagine this is one of the Rhum.but I like this! Very interesting Rhum. If you have a chance to see this bottle at bar, you should try this 'outstanding Rhum'.
