A gin and tonic is a highball cocktail made with gin and tonic water poured over ice. It is usually garnished with a slice or wedge of lime. The amount of gin varies according to taste. Suggested ratios of gin to tonic are between 1:1 and 1:3.

It was incredibly light, almost like it was gently lowering my body temperature that had risen from walking. It's incredibly easy to drink. Mixing two types of gin ('Beefeater' and 'SUI', if I remember correctly, my apologies if I'm mistaken) with green tea added a sophisticated adult accent. It was light and clear, yet it had a 'presence.' That was the impression I had. How nice there's such a wonderful bar in Tsukishima... If you ever visit Tsukishima, I highly recommend stopping by this bar.
