A slightly tart, 0.5% alcohol pear-like juice spreads on the palate and feels nice. It's not intensely sweet, so it's not the type of alcohol that leaves a strong impression during a meal but rather adds a delightful touch to the dish. I found it intriguing, so I bought it for personal consumption and revisited it. When sipped from a narrow wine glass, a faintly tart, fruity aroma can be enjoyed, which is quite enjoyable.

Pairing sake with Japanese cuisine, it's great!
