I have had Hibiki 17 Years here Bar Five years ago. And I have become fan of Hibiki. And I got Hibiki 17 Years for drinking at home and also I had drunk 21 years at Bars. So basically I love Hibiki. But I have never tried Hibiki NV because I thought Non Vintage could not be match for years. And recently I visited Bar five after a long time. And I found the bottle that looked like Hibiki 17 Years but it was NV. But I want to drink Hibiki after a long absence.

And .... my impression was ....... Hibiki NV is one beautiful young actress. But she is not famous yet but her mother is one of the most famous and gorgeous actress everyone knows. Aroma is good but taste is "light".

If you love Japanese Whisky and want to drink real tasty one, you should save money in order to get at least Hibiki 17 Years or try to find bars which have Hibiki 17 Years or 21 Years. If you are rich man you can try 30 years.
