The apricot flavor in Amaretto is incredibly sweet, yet it possesses a lightness that doesn't linger in the mouth but smoothly absorbs into the palate. It paired exquisitely with a bread topped with fresh cream and apricots. What a delightful experience ( ̄▽ ̄)
