So many bars, so many drinks

KENTUCKY TAVERN (bottled in 1980s)

These days, Kentucky Tavern is made in the Old Barton distillery, known for their delicious and award winning 1792 bourbon. This bottling from the late 1980s was distilled by the good old Glenmore Distillery, that is nowadays is owned by Sazerac, who only uses the place as a bottling plant.

Wax-covered Semedaime, honey... I love this! [BAR EORNA]

In terms of old bourbons I've tasted so far and found delicious, it's been "Ezra Brooks 15-year," "The Yellow Rose of Texas 15-year," and "Maker's Mark VIP." This one was impressive as well. While current releases are good, trying old spirits can lead to delightful discoveries too ( ̄▽ ̄).
