Kirin Ichiban Shibori

The beer was first introduced in 1990, made solely from the first-press wort. In 2009, the use of adjuncts was discontinued, and it was rebranded as a beer made from 100% malt.

The perfect balance of spiciness, drinkability, and moderate richness. It's one of my favorite beers.
