I used to buy the 720ml bottle of 'Jikon Junmai Daiginjo' for around 16,000 yen in the past, but due to subsequent price increases, I couldn't afford it anymore, so I switched to buying 'Jikon Junmai Ginjo Omachi Muroka Nama' instead. But even that became too expensive, and I couldn't afford it easily anymore... I've heard the reasons like fewer authorized retailers or low production volume, but... well, it seems like prices will stay high for a while. I really liked the taste of this 'Yamada Nishiki unfiltered sake' too. The differences in sake rice suitability create various unique flavors. It's nice! ( ̄▽ ̄)
