So many bars, so many drinks

THE GLENROTHES 12 YEARS OLD

Surprisingly light and easy to drink [Mr.Mayer]

I remember buying a vintage Glenrothes from the 90s at a duty-free shop during a trip abroad a long time ago. I drank it with my dad, and it was delicious. Nowadays, they have 12-year and 18-year versions. The 12-year-old is reasonably priced, so I've had it at home too. The 18-year-old has become a rarity, so I keep it unopened as part of my collection. The 12-year-old has hints of grape but also a surprising almond-like undertone. I wouldn't say I love it, but it's a nice drink to enjoy once in a while.
