As I mentioned at "Welcome Page", I love this amazing sake "Jikon Junmai Daiginjo". This is not only quite expensive but also difficult to get. So if you have chance to come to Japan, it is good idea to go to the restaurants or bars where you can drink this Jikon[I advise you to research such bar or restaurants before coming to Japan]. It may happen that one restaurant, for example, have got one or two bottles of Jikon but when you visit there, Jikon has already been sold out.

Here you can enjoy good food and good sake. Sometimes owner hold "Jikon Fare". If you want to go to "Suageya -koiwaten", you should find partner who can speak Japanese very well and ask him/her to make reservation.
