Drinking Juyondai sake after a long time. The last time I drank Juyondai was the 'Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Tatsu No Otoshigo' at a Kappo restaurant in Yokosuka. Juyondai is expensive but delicious. Online prices are crazy, around 50,000 yen, 60,000 yen, or even over 100,000 yen. It's not a sake you can casually drink at home. The flavor did not disappoint, truly remarkable. It had this luxurious, perfectly ripe pear flavor typical of premium Junmai sake. It's a legendary sake I hope to encounter again
