This time, I suddenly wanted to drink 'The Glenlivet Nadurra'. In the past, this place had casually stocked the discontinued 'Nadurra Oloroso', which they let me try, so I asked on a whim. They didn't have the 'Nadurra Oloroso', but they did have an even rarer 'Nadurra 16 Year Old 48% ABV version'. Back when whiskey prices weren’t as crazy as they are now, I used to compare the 'Glenlivet Nadurra 16 Year Old' at high 50s ABV and the 48% ABV versions at home. It’s been since then that I’ve had it. I preferred the high 50s ABV cask strength, but this one is delicious enough.
