Ginza… It’s been a while since I last came here. There were more foreign tourists than I remembered.

Now then, this place is a restaurant specializing in meat and wine. I had high expectations when I made the reservation. Among the guests, there were also some foreign tourists. Maybe it’s considered “affordable” due to the weak yen?

The dining experience was mostly "hands-free," where the staff grilled the meat right in front of us. The moment when they shaved truffle over the meat left a lasting impression—it was truly unforgettable.

I love yakiniku, where you can grill as much as you like at your own pace, but occasionally, a meat-focused course meal like this is a nice change.

Instead of wine, I ordered this sparkling wine to pair with the meal. It was light, refreshing, and easy to drink. I liked it so much that I bought a bottle for home drinking as a little review session, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was.

If you’re interested, I recommend giving it a try. Of course, drinking it at a restaurant adds to the experience, making it feel more refined and special… but if you’re enjoying it at home, preparing an appetizer set would be a great idea!
