The ultra-dry Junmai Ginjo sake from Akishika Shuzo, served as the toast at the 2019 G20 Summit dinner. It has a refreshing aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and is a rich, dry type of namagenshu with a sharp acidity.

I think the "umakuchi" style of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo is loved by almost everyone, but sometimes you just crave a dry sake, don't you? It's nice when it's properly prepared. It was delicious!
