This is a freshly pressed new sake, bottled as unfiltered, unpasteurized genshu, made from the regular "Kaiun Tokubetsu Junmai" (the sake with the orange wrapping paper).

Sake labeled as "unfiltered, unpasteurized" (MUROKA NAMA) is almost always delicious, right? At least based on my memory. This one was delicious too.
