DaiNa Junmai Sake Ultra Dry Unfiltered Namazake (Unpasteurized Sake)

This is the namazake (unpasteurized version) of the popular "Da-Na Ultra Dry Junmai." It is made using sake-brewing rice from Nasu, cultivated by contracted farmers who use organic fertilizers and limit the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers to less than half of the usual amount, with a focus on preserving the natural environment. The sake has an incredibly dry profile, with a Nihonshu-do of +10.

There’s a namazake (unpasteurized version) of the sake "DaiNa"? [Hachobori Tomo]

I’ve had the regular dry Junmai sake of DaiNa before, but I didn’t know there was a namazake version((unpasteurized version). Despite being labeled as ultra-dry, it has a slight sweetness, but it’s not overpowering, creating a great flavor profile. It's really good.
