A romantic masterpiece inspired by the plans Sakamoto Ryoma conceived aboard a ship regarding the ideal form of the Meiji new government. It has many fans among prominent figures across various fields, with some declaring, 'It has to be this sake!' This is Tsukasabotan’s flagship and most popular label. Even in its home prefecture of Kochi, passionate fans often say, 'For the spiciest sake that truly represents Tosa, this is the one!' or 'This sake is perfect with bonito!

When I was looking for a dry sake, I came across one called 'Senchu Hassaku.' I thought, 'Huh? That Sakamoto Ryoma’s?' and felt curious enough to try it. It was delicious—dry yet light, and very easy to drink.
