A junmai ginjo made with Omachi, Okayama Prefecture’s signature sake rice. It offers a rich, full-bodied depth and a firm acidity that give it a satisfying presence, resulting in a truly mellow and flavorful sake.

I really like the balance between sweetness and acidity. It’s easy to drink and pairs very well with Japanese cuisine. That said, this place doesn’t list drink prices on the menu, so I made a point of checking before ordering (^^;).
