So many bars, so many drinks

Night Emperor – Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

Born in 1982, when the glow of standing bars lit up the night. Despite its bold name, this sake has an earnest and sincere character.
Based on Hiroshima-grown Hattan Nishiki rice, it is a blend of several junmai sakes whose expressions change beautifully with temperature.

Chilled, it delivers a crisp, dry sharpness. At room temperature, it turns calm and gentle.
Gently warmed, the savory sweetness of the rice unfolds softly on the palate. Contrary to its striking name, its true charm lies in a smooth, tender flavor that soothes and lingers.

"King of the Night" that’s a funny name [Teppan Dinner JAKEN Shinjuku-ten]

As the name suggests, it had a bold, powerful flavor. It gave me the image of a drink for real men. That said, the impression I got was a little different from what the name ‘King of the Night’ made me expect — but then again, everyone imagines things differently from a name.
I think it’s a good choice for people who like sake that isn’t too light and not overly refined either.
