A high proportion of first-fill sherry casks made from European and American oak imparts warm spice, along with smooth notes of vanilla and crème brûlée. These are complemented by subtle fruity nuances derived from refill casks.
The distinctive ceramic bottle of Highland Park 15 Year Old was developed in collaboration with the renowned British ceramics specialist, Wade. The bottle is sustainably produced, 100% food-safe, and fully recyclable.

When drinking in Ueno, I usually stick to "The TRAD Yushima Ueno BAR", but this time I decided to venture out for a change—and it turned out to be a great choice. As soon as I stepped inside, there was a somehow nostalgic atmosphere. I’ve heard that even the writer Yukio Mishima used to frequent this bar—pretty impressive. Out of habit, I glanced over at the back bar and noticed a few “dangerous-looking” bottles (the kind that are probably very expensive (@0@)).
To start, I ordered a Highland Park—the current release. It was my first time trying this ceramic-bottled Highland Park 15 Year Old, and it was absolutely delicious.
