So many bars, so many drinks

RYDEEN BEER "Koji Belgian White"

Belgian White is a hazy wheat ale characterized by refreshing citrus notes from orange peel and the delicate spice of coriander. Its light and refreshing style has gained popularity both in Japan and abroad. By incorporating koji into this profile, a mellow roundness is added, while partially replacing the malt with koji results in an even lighter body. Alongside its bright citrus aroma, the beer offers a spicy yeast character and a distinctive flavor profile, making it versatile enough to pair with a wide range of dishes and occasions. As the peak of summer approaches, we invite you to enjoy this refreshing brew.

So this is classified as happoshu, then. [YASUKUNI YACHIYO RESTAURANT]

A subtle bitterness, boosted by vibrant fruitiness, with a refreshing citrus accent throughout. Looking into it, I found out it’s actually happoshu. Honestly, I just found it genuinely delicious. Oops, I forgot to snap a photo of the Koji Belgian White in the plastic cup… oh well.
