Crafted from Iwai rice grown through carefully managed cultivation methods, this Daiginjō embodies the elegant and refined style traditionally associated with Fushimi sake. A flagship offering proudly recommended by Kagetsuro, it is an unfiltered, undiluted sake with a soft aroma and a remarkably smooth, gentle character.

It was sweet yet light and easy to drink. The sweetness was somewhat pronounced, but not overly rich or cloying. I found it to be a well-balanced sake.
