A rich, dry Daiginjo sake with an elegant, fruity ginjo aroma. Its clean, crisp finish makes it an excellent pairing with a wide variety of dishes.

I was expecting a fruity, slightly sweet sake when I saw the words "Daiginjo," but this one pleasantly surprised me with its dry character. It's nice to enjoy a dry sake once in a while. It was so smooth and easy to drink that it was gone before I knew it.
