But there are many bartenders who are particular about Gin which is used to make Gin and Tonic. So when I visited one bar for the first time, I first ask the bartender which Gin/she uses ordinary. And if he/she says "BOMBAY SAPPHIRE", I order it. If the bartender says "XXXX" [ex BEEFEATER, Tanqueray, Gordon.... Not BOMBAY SAPPHIRE or STAR OF BOMBAY], I will order "his Gin and Tonic". Because he thought his choice is best for his Gin and Tonic.
