HIYAOROSHI is seasonal sake with mellow aroma and round taste, which is released in the autumn. The sake is brewed with new rice harvested in the previous autumn and stored after pasteurization in the spring.
It matures throughtout the summer developing unique flavors until the autumn.

From its fragrantly sweet aroma, one cute young lady whispered "Drink me please!" into my ear. And I could not resist her. The aroma is faint but sweet. Like .. green apple. And taste was not too sweet. I felt bitter taste inside. They were well-balanced. I also love this label. Cute and pretty!
