Excalibur 10 Year Old blended Scotch whisky. This was bottled for Italian importer Giovinetti.

At first I could not imagine that this bottle is Scotch Whisky. I thought this should be American whiskey or Canadian whisky. But the correct answer was "Scotch Whisky". it was old blended whisky. And this bottle was imported to Japan between 1962 and 1989. If you see "Tokkyū"(not Tokyo) label on the bottle in Japan, that means they were distributed from 1962 to 1989. After 1989, there was no "Tokkyū" label on the bottle. And my impression after drinking this rare bottle was ..."Beautiful and Friendly"

Arima: Expensive Perfume and faint Cemedine with mellow sweet aroma

Taste:Somplicated taste which amake me imagine "Bitter soap water and sweet perfume" changed to mellow honey in my mouth. It was very gorgeous and lovely taste of which ten to eight or nine people would become fun. It was amazing.

This time I felt "Fruity flavor" from this rare scotch whisky. Lemon, grapefruit, dried orange, those mixed flavor was wonderful.
