I tried the bottle released by Taiwanese bottler for the first time. The bottler's name is AQUA VITAE. (Water of Life). The content is CAOL ILA 5 years old. See the chart above if you want to know how I felt from this bottle. Recently one owner bartender told me that now Taiwanese whisky market is hot. Many whisky companies look at Taiwan, not Japan. Actually, this bottler, AQUA VITAE, should have confidence that Taiwanse market is enough for their business. They also look at the market in Peoples Republic of China. There are many rich Taiwanese who love whisky and are willing to pay money on it. This bottler also releases many rare bottle, which are rare Scotch whisky, Japanese rare whisky. I want to try them someday.
