Well-balanced and light [Suageya Koiwa]

I had already had Jikon Junmai Daiginjo here and at home. My impression was ... "Perfect". No need to add any words. And this "Takasago" is also produced at the same brewery. I wanted to try this someday. And finally I met "Takasago" here. The restaurant owner said to us, "This Takasago is very nice. If you want, please try one bottle! (I'm sure you all will be satisfied with its quality.)" As we had enjoyed brilliant sake and foods at hs restaurant for a long time, we just say "Yes! Give us bottle". And my impression was ....

Unn.. Good! Weak but charming and sweet aroma seemed to guarantee this Takasago was good Junmai Daiginjo. The taste is very fruity. I imagined Japanese luxury pear and ripe apple. I think this is good Sake. But to be honest, this is no match for Jikon Junmai Daiginjo, But I am sure this is also good Junmai Daiginjo.
