Highland Sour

Ingredients

2 oz. quality Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz. Drambuie
1 oz. BevX Sour Mix

Add the three ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously to obtain the perfect mix and healthy foam. Keep the garnish simple — a citrus twist is all that is needed.

Smooth, relatively light and cool [Bar Radio]

I like this cocktail. Here the bartender use Macallan 12 Years old. Its taste is smooth, relatively light and not sweet. I enjoyed cool feeling. I think this cocktail good for first drink.
