As Japanese government decided to lift the state of emergency for Tokyo, Kanagaw and Saitama, I visited this bar "Cocktail Gastronomy KYU YASUI TOKYO" after visiting Bar Radio in Aoyama. The master seemed to think I needed some refreshing drink because I visited one bar before his bar. And he gave me this special Gin and tonic.

When I was about to drink this Monkey 47 based Gin and Tonic he said to me. "Please wait a sec! We need one special magic before having this gin and tonic!"

He passed Laurel leaf lightly over a flame before serving this Gin nd Tonic in front of me. And he said to me,"Here you are!"

Because of the flavor of burned Laurel leaf, I felt very refreshed. And after enjoying its Arima, I was refreshed again by Cool and Rich Gin and Tonic. I like this kid of "double refreshing" cocktail.
