An American single malt whiskey from the Seattle-based craft distillery Westland (Craft Producer of the Year - Icons of Whisky 2016) matured in casks that previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry.

When I have had this American Single Malt Whiskey, I felt that "Light flavor, not matured for long time, but taste itself is gentle and well-organized. One new Scotch distillery appeared in Scotland?" It seemed to be "Scotch Whisky". If they will sell well-matured bottle [more than 18 years] in the future, I want to buy.
