Arranged Spumoni[Campari --> Underberg]

Pour Campari & Grapefruit in the rock glass,with plenty of ice,stir & gently pour and stir Tonic.
Garnish is up to you,I often use Grapefruit peel,instead Orange.

Ingredients:

3/4 Campari ---> Underberg
1 part Grapefruit juice　
1 part Tonic water
1 part Orange wedge

This is very good cocktail for last drink at bar. You can feel refreshed very much. Basically this recipe is Spumoni cocktail. Campari is replaced with Underberg. Because of tonic water and grape fruit juice, Underberg is covered with them and flavor is not too dry. Very smooth. I become fun of this twisted cocktail.
