The OLD TIO PEPE which was released in 70s.

I love TIO PEPE. When I was 20s, one of my Spanish friends told this excellent dry sherry. And fortunately its price is not expensive in Japan. I would often buy TIO PEPE on the way home from work. But recently I rarely drink TIO PEPE. Maybe my taste slightly change. But one day at bar 'Cask Dor', the owner told me that he had TIO PEPE. bot 70s. After a while I visited Cask for again(Summer). I want to drink cool and light liquor. I remembered the owner had old TIO PEPE and I ordered it. My impression was ..... "How excellent Sherry this is!" I was thinking that drinking 'Old Whisky' or 'Old Brandy' were worth spending a lot of money. But that day I knew old sherry is also worth doing so. Its aroma is very gorgeous compared with current TIO PEPE. Taste is Avery rich. Yes. This is 'dry sherry'. In fact its taste was 'dry'. But by its beautiful aroma, you may expect 'sweet' taste. Anyway I love this OLD TIO PEPE.
