Absinthe La Chanvriere

An absinthe with a very round and balanced taste and a very sweetness, thus ideal as an aperitif. Its green color comes from the chlorophyll of the plants used. As Daniel Guilloud remains faithful to traditional, artisan and natural production, no additives have been used to stabilize this color. Therefore, depending on the light, it can change a little. The taste, however, remains the same.

A little bit sour and milky [Bar Placebo]

Its complicated aroma, slightly milky and bit sour, was good to me. Because of its bitter taste, it was not easy to drink in short a time. But I could deeply enjoy its aroma for along time.
