TOYO BIJIN IPPO

While the initial clean-up and rebuilding process was still underway, Head Brewer Sumikawa was already undertaking the first steps back from the brink, courting the so-called ‘king of sake rice’ in the form of the Yamada Nishiki variant. I love this! [Suageya Koiwa]

I was surprised at its quality. I felt I was drinking good Junmai-Daiginjo sake, Its slightly weak but mellow and sweet taste was wonderful. And the price was none too high. Thank you for telling me such a good Sake!
