Made in 2010 at Caol Ila distillery, this Islay single malt was matured in a pair of ex-bourbon barrels for eight years, before being bottled in May 2019 for Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A smoky, sweet whisky, it has notes of dried apricots, vanilla, tobacco and gentle smoke throughout the palate.

I like this deep mellow sweet rubber odor! Yes! this is CAOL ILA(^0^). I trust the quality released by SIGNATORY. It is really good! By the way I have been looking for SIGNATORY GLENLIVET 19 YEARS released around 2011 - 2013. Its quality was fantastic! Have you ever had it?
