I love Fernet-Branca with soda. I usually drink it at last drink. But this time I wanted to drink another cocktail whose base liquor is Fernet-Branca. And the bartender made this for me. The impression was ..... not smooth but relatively frindly to drink. It has still strong bitter flavor but not too strong. Well-formed strong character exists. it is good to refresh myself. He said to me "This cocktail has no name. You can name this cocktail! And I named this "Dolce notte" -(Sweet dreams). Isn't it lovely?
