Matured in sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. It is a naturally smooth and rich whisky with a complex character.

To be honest, this sherry cask did not reach my expectations. was too much than its real I had already drunk same Kavalan SOLIST BOUBON CASK and became fan of Kavalan. And this SOLIST SHERRY CASK is more expensive than SOLIST BURBON CASK. So I thought this SOLIST SHERRY CASK was superior to SOLIST Burson Cask. But after I had this SOLIST SHERRY CASK, I felt SOLIST BOUBON CASK was better than SOLIST SHERRY CASK[ololoso]. But I am sure that this SOLIST SHERRY CASK is one of the good whiskies I have ever had.

Aroma:Very sweet red wine and expensive Scotch whiskies which you can feel your body is floating in the air.

Taste:Expensive red wine and mellow Raisins. And soon after strong full-bodied alchol covers your mouth.

I was surprised at its rich aroma. Really rich. I can hardly say "it is mellow" but it was brilliant. to be honest, I prefer "SOLIST Burbon Cask". But this is also excellerent whisk you shuld drink.
