Although famed for their single cask releases, Wm. Cadenhead also produce this small batch series, bottled from vattings of never more than four casks from a single vintage and distillery. As with all their bottlings, these are non-chillfiltered with no added colouring.

Very natural, smooth and modest but there are various beautiful attribute inside its flavor. I think that is why many blended-whiskies select "AULTMORE" as one of their key malt. This is just my opinion. I want to try other AULTMORE someday.
