Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old
Buckle up. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness.

I should have drunk this first [BAR BASHAMICHI]
"A bit smooth"and "plain", these words had come across my mind. According explanation about this Irish Whisky, two vat used to mature (Sherry and Bourbon) for 15 years and after that large barrels, that was used to make port wine, was used to finish for 9 months. Such complicated and gentle care was done to make this bottle. However, I drank this after having frunk GM Caol Ila 15 years[56.7%] and CADENHEAD SMALL BATCH AULTMORE 12 Years Old[57.4%]. After having had such strong whiskies, Irish whsiky's gentle and soft flavor seemed to be "too weak" and "too soft." In fact I felt some character inside its flavor. But is was .... to be honest it might be easy to forget. So I should drink this whisky again someday to enjoy it 100%.
