Some of Eel dishes have strong character and some vey sophisticated Japanese Junmai Daiginjo seems to be 'weak', I think so. And this Nishinoseki Unagi .... yes it went well with Eel dishes. However, I'm afraid there would be other good Jaspanese Sake that goes well with Eel Dishes.
