IZUEI TOKUSEN DAIGINJO

I was happy to find such a highly-qualified Unagi[Eel] restaurant at Ueno Park[Ueno Kōen]. Their highest-quality Unagi(Eel) cuisine was wonderful. If you have chance to visit Ueno Park, you must visit this restaurant. When I tried to choose Japanese sake first, I could not find "DASSAI", "Juyondai" and "Jikon". If some exclusive restaurants, you can find these famous Sake. But I could not find here. And I chose "IZUEI TOKUSEN DAIGINJO" for an Eel course dish. And it did go well with highest-quality Unagi(Eel) course. Soon I realized that Sake[drinks] is also one of the course dish. I thought this was ""Sake Marriage". Sake itself is not not too assertive, not too sweet, not too pale. It play good role in Eel course dish.
