Dark Rum - 30 ml
Southern Comfort - 25 ml
CORDIAL Lime Juice - 25 ml

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into crashed-ice-filled glass.

• - The bartender recommend this cocktail for the customers who hated each other. Because this cocktail was made of Southern Comfort which was loved by Janis Choplin whom they adored very much.

Very sweet and sharp taste stimulates my brain and I fall into a short silence.

Smell:Mixed natural smell [Lime, Fruit, Medicinal plants]
Taste:Rum and Southern Comfort make this cocktail so sweet but its strong alcohol degree made also gives this cocktail very sharp and rich taste.

I sometimes want to drink this "Jack Tar" at its Birthplace "Windjammer" in Yokohama China Town.

I like this strong and sweet cocktail made by one bartender at Bar Windjammer.

What... So this historic bar is closing due to the building being replaced because of aging? Live music, original cocktails, and that wonderful atmosphere... Isn't that an irreparable loss to Yokohama's charm? I wish they could reopen like 'Doresden'... (￣O￣;)"
