Cool, dry and sharp [MORI BAR (former Y&M Bar KISLING)]

This was 1st time for me to vist that famous Bar "MORI BAR". The owner bartender is well known as "Mr. Legend", "Mr. MARTINI". At first I was nervous but I soon I was relaxed because bar's atmosphere was basically "friendly". I drank "gin and tonic" first because I wanted to refresh myself after having had Chinese cuisine. the words "Cool wind", "Sharp edge","Dry Taste" and .... "Orthodox" had come across my mind after drinking this gin and tonic. Good cocktail as 1st drink.
