When I see the whisky matured in sherry cask, I think that must be scotch whiskies. But now I know there are some whiskies matured in Sherry cask in Canadian whiskies.
Smell: Light sweet raisin.
Taste: The taste is not sweet than I expect from its flavor or smell. If you try this on the rock, sweet flavor fills your month.
